Mode 1: The kilometers are stopped and the speed does not work.
Mode 2: The kilometers are quartered 1/4 and the speedometer shows a quarter of the actual speed.
Mode 3: The kilometers are halved 1/2 and the speedometer shows half of the actual speed.
Mode 4: The module is deactivated
